They had the picture in the Daily Oklahoman of Lisa Looper who developed her Flashbang holster, she's at the Shot Show. Insulting? I get not liking pink guns, not every woman likes pink guns but "insulting"? Wow, that is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. I guess the thousands of women using pink guns aren't serious enough shooters. I was shooting NRA qualifications before Lisa Looper was born, imagine the shock to hear I must not be serious about it since I like pink guns. If a pink gun or a purple or a blue or whatever gets more women (or children or even guys) into shooting it's a very good thing and it's always a good thing to have variety in the market. The only thing insulting is her saying something like that, usually it's the "women should be barefoot and pregnant" type guys that make those kinds of comments. I'm glad their business is getting attention because I'm a fan of Looper Leather but I'm definitely not a fan of Lisa Looper's attitude. |

Lisa hates pink because most holster and firearm accessories geared towards women are mens holsters colored pink. Lisa finds that insulting because she feels most men think women just want the color and could not give a shit about the actual design and function. |
