I'm looking to build a workshop in the back yard (approx. 24x30ish, preferably metal) and need to get some pricing.

Any suggestions? I'm capable of putting a kit together provided there's no welding but I want to investigate having it built by others as well.

USA Barns just built me a 30 X 50 storage building in Eufaula and it turned out pretty nice.  I don't know who else the wife contacted but they were the most reasonably priced.

are you looking for a pole barn corrugated metal type shop, post frame metal building or a metal commercial building type shop; concrete floor, plumbing, electrical etc

I've assembled the pole barn corrugated metal type from kits from fox lumber, sutherlands and lumber 2 supply and custom built my shed raised floor, pole supports corrugated metal; the kits were reasonable priced to if you pieced one together;  treated corner & center poles, downside they come with utility grade lumber on 36" centers; the ones we put together are still standing and doing well, but if you want something a bit better then piece one together with better grade of lumber.

here are some companies advertising in march edition of Oklahoma Living rural electric co-op mag:

sutherlands advertisement for a 30'x50' traditional pole barn building package $4900; for a 24'x30' suburban garage package $4500; looks like the only stores listed are in the NE part of the state Bixby 918-366-2041, jenks 918-296-9580 and tulsa 918-627-0777

Thanks Guys.

I want a simple metal building with either a steel or wood frame (not sure I care which) with a side entry and a garage door on the front. It HAS to have electricity but water can be added at a later date. A concrete floor is also mandatory. Nuttin fancy, just a glorified barn.

It's going to be a workshop/storage/extra covered parking.
