Anyone know a good one that will accept a six pack and pizza as payment

But seriously, we had a foundation repair guy give us an estimate just today and he gave us his findings a what he can do. He recommended that if we wanted we could contact a structural engineer and find out exactly what our house needs. We have another repair guy coming out next week anyway cause we wanted a few estimates vs just one.

Any recommendations?

We still are, spousal unit is wanting to get the house were in now fixed up before we sell.

This house is 100+y/o with original windows and siding. Shes wanting to get new modern windows and new siding but we gotta "unfuck" the foundation first.

Talk to dad. He went through foundation problems and corrections with a dozen or more armories in the state.

Look, I'm not a structural engineer, but I AM an engineer, I do deal with structure on a regular basis including foundation failures (not houses... big plant equipment) and have a 35+ year experience mechanical engineer at my disposal that can look at anything I can't figure out. Shoot me an IM and I'll take a look.
