| Guys I do not want to poo poo the party but other than closure for some people , this did not accomplish shit. Al Quadea will not stop because he is dead, they operate in cells just because of the possiblity of stuff like this. Decentralized command and control and independent operations insure that they will continue operations. He is a martyr now though. I am certain there will be some form of "reprisal" . I am glad he is dead though because of what happened on 9/11 but we still have a long fight ahead of us . |

Osama...He had to know it was coming...when crazyAmerican civilian guy's are hitch-hiking across Afghanistan with a pistol and sword..seeking the bounty money for his dead ass..plus several foriegn armies and intelligence agencys out to scramble your guts with a sniper rifle..or smart bomb..or helicopter inserted special forces... |

| Iam pretty sure they wouldnt receive the bounty. I dont think they announced what type of JSOC unit carried out the attack. Most likely it was Seal Teams along with CIA handlers. I say Seal Teams because out of all the brances SOCOM's there mission is more along the lines of something like this vs others. |

I want to remind you that Sudan had Osama in custody and offered him to President Bill Clinton in 1998 but Clinton let him go.
If you think the US couldn't have gotten Osama much earlier than now you are mistaken. I sometimes wonder if they let him go this long for reasons they won't divulge.

We could have had Osama several times but the military was always held back.
People may think I am a conspiracy nut but I find it hard to believe with the reward we had out on him, the resources this country has, and the number of Americans wanting to pop him, the US gov't couldn't get him. Obama will use it to great effect for his reelection. May the Good Lord have mercy on this nation and give us the light to see the truth! |

I know they caught hell because they were supposedly "too poorly conditioned" for the mountains in Afghanistan but I find that hard to believe. According to a retired officer I know that served in that division, they were held back by orders in certain areas. Osama was shot in his bed. Most likely his death bed. They've known where he was for years. If he was dying, there is no way they would let a "wag the dog" opportunity for Obama go past. This is the same administration that insisted on public trials for Gitmo detainees instead of a military tribunal. I find it hard to believe they would not have ordered a capture and public trial for Obama instead of a bullet. Personally, I think they should have dismemebered the SOB and fed him to the hogs. Or at least pissed on him and filmed it like Rasfanjani did to the dead Delta force members in Iran in 1979. |

I've stumbled over a black hereford at dark thirty going to a tree stand to bow hunt and that shook me pretty good. Stumble over something big and hairy in the dark that gets up in a hurry and you'll know what I mean. But seeing that mountain lion watching me on the feeder did scare me something fierce.
