if they could possibly make it any more difficult to get a license...
i started the classes back in may. did all 4 phases. finished in june. took my mmpi in june. time rocked along while i was gathering the money for the fees. i notice the mmpi is only good for 6 months. oh sh!t. my 6 month deadline was dec 18. i scramble around and come up with the money to get it ready to go. check the website, and what do i see, they have gone up on the damn fees!!! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU so i sell my beloved m&p 9 to come up with the extra. get it all sent out a few days before my deadline thinking as long as they get ahold of it, im good. get 2 letters today: one says that the agency fee went up $100 nov 01. FUUUUUUUUU nowhere on the website do i see this, and the app still says 200. other one says i have to have a new mmpi. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU thats gonna be another $65. i swear. just gonna have to charge more to the good people of oklahoma for my services.

yep, fee's went up, but licensing went from 2 years to 3 also; which I'm pretty sure will mean the continual ed credit requirements probably went up too.
they're behind on processing a bit too, I submitted my renewal back in mid november, just recieved my "renewed" license last week. |
