| I need some help. I am doing another SBR. The first I did the old fashioned way... You know.... Finger prints, CLEO signature as so forth. I want to do this one on a trust. I have gotten in a group buy for the lower and I have all the parts collected. Where do I find the trust paperwork? Who has to sign? Is it easier to do it the old fashioned way? Any help is welcome. |
| Once you have the trust it's easier (no finger prints, pictures, or CLEO sign off), Some people write their own trusts using Willmaker. Others have a lawyer who knows firearms law do it. (There are some in Oklahoma.) This costs more. If you're only going to use it once or twice, a lawyer-written trust is not cost effective. |
