I have a Missouri CCW which is valid for 4 more years and has reciprocity in OK.  In reading the info on the SDA website I can't tell if there's a provision for converting and out-of-state CCW to OK or if I have to go through the complete application process all over again.  Input please?

I'm pretty sure you would have to go through everything again.

If you have to get a state DL by Oklahoma law, I'm sure they'll find some way to fine you for not having an Oklahoma SDA permit.
It's all about money. The Oklahoma state gov't WILL find any way they can to get money out of you.
Be it either a permit fee or fine.

Give the OSBI a call on Monday    405-848-6724  ––-  8/5 m-f,  I believe they can answer your question.

You can not convert an out of state license to an in state license. If Missouri is anything like oklahoma, it is no longer valid once you are no longer a resident.

That's what I expected.  I'm a graduate of the MSHP Academy Firearms Instructor School.  Think that will be acceptable for the training?  It was in MO.

Any type of documented LE training will generally exempt you from the required shooting part.
Exemptions from training:
7. A person retired as a peace officer in good standing from a law
enforcement agency located in another state, who is a legal
resident of this state, and who has received training equivalent to
the training required for CLEET certification in this state; and

Wingman tacked the SDA laws at the top of the forum. You can check there for where I quoted the above (page 22) but I'd still call the OSBI.
You never know what they will tell you sometimes.
