Can someone help me find a copy of the bill as approved by the senate yesterday? I can't seem to locate it online at either the senate's or the house's sites.
I'd like to read it for myself. |

Go to this link. It is listed under a Senate Committee Substitute of a House Engrossed bill as HB3354_SAHB.RTF:
http://webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/textofmeasures/textofmeasures.aspx Bear in mind only the underlined language is new law. The other is current law. While I had some concerns with the 'handgun license' language in lieu of the existing concealed carry license language, I believe it is better to get it on the books and refine than not have it at all. Oklahoma is one of only 7 states that makes no provisions for open carry of any kind. For the purists out there, you may not like it. But I dislike disarmament even more. Enjoy. It is 89 pages but reads quick if you only focus on the underlined language. Steve |
