| Ok so a buddy of mine either has no idea what he's talkin about or knows somethin I should have researched before I bought it. He told me that under Oklahoma state law, its illegal (except for LE) to have a vertical foregrip on an AR rifle. I told him I had never heard of that and that I have two of said grips and plan to use them (one at a time) on my AR. I think he's misguided cause I never heard of it. |

If the AR15 is a pistol he is right you need a stamp |

If the AR15 is a pistol he is right you need a stamp It's an AOW if I understand the law correctly when a pistol grip is added to the fore end on a pistol. A buddy in LE bought one of those short Mossberg shotgun pumps. If he changed the pistol grip out to a stock, he had to pay $200 for another stamp instead of the $5 for the AOW. He had a handle on the pump foregrip - two pistol grips on the shotgun. And it was an AOW. (That shotgun was no fun to shoot. He couldn't qualify with it because it beat is hands up too much. He should have added one of those Pachmayr Vindicators grips to it!) patrickcudd - where are you? You know these laws on Class III stuff. |

And if you don't, you can still have what you want until you get caught with it...... |
