How's the rehab going?
I had my first outpatient rehab today and I'm hurting to beat the band.
I know I got at least 10 more sessions and four to six weeks before I get back to some type of normalcy.

Oh wait you meant physically.

I thought you were referring to mentally. Going to say that is never going to happen

shit Dan,

I've tried and tried to learn ya'll some stuff and I'm now starting to think you might be a bit slow, you've been hanging around this forum for several years now and still post up stuff like this so I'll tell you again,

after a hard day of PT, have one of those therapy chicks take you back into the back room and give you a first class rub down, you'll still hurting when you leave, but at least you got something to smile about, not to mention something to look forward to when you go back

That's a real lesson I forgot about Brother L. But we never did discuss what to tell my wife was going on while she was watching?

JB they had me walking the next day. They had given me a nerve block so I couldn't feel anything below the hip.
And I walked even a little more the second day. But when the nerve block was gone, I didn't walk again for 5 days.
I'm getting around OK now but it hurts.
I remember when you banged that ankle up and the pic you showed. It made me hurt just looking at it.
Rehab hurts - there is no way around it. I can't seem to sleep more than 2 hours at a time.
I had my second rehab session today and got really good extension and flexion. Friday I think they will put the ultrasound on me. Or the electrical stimulation.
Either one ain't fun but does take the pain level down a ways.
Let us know how you are doing every now and again.
By the way, you know we've got people praying for us and it's doing us good!

I feel your pain bro, I really do.  Doc gave me a block from the knee down so I had no pain until the next day then wham, pain city.  I can walk but it hurts real bad so I try to stay off of it as much as possible.  The doc said I have bad nerve damage caused from the 1st surgery that will most likely never go way.  I'll be up and at em in no time though.  This injury will not hold me back too long, gotta keep plugging away!  Keep us posted on your recovery bro and thanks again for checking on a fellow Okie.
