Dan tried to run me down in the parking lot, guess he wanted to try out that big assed brushguard on the front of his truck, he told me his 30 day ban was up, but can't get in and staff isn't answering his emails.
but now to the report, Goddamned guns shows these days suck greasy ass, went looking for some ar parts I need, but damnit.......seems nobody had what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay, but that's alright, the net has plenty of ar vendors. did find a 10/22 stock for $5 and used usgi mags for $6each (mostly "okay" brand), would have been $5 each if I bought 40 or more. spoke with the J&K bullet people, you get a 10% discount at 10k same or mix match, that'll put you in the approx neighborhood of $540 for 9mil and 38/357 funpills and $630 for 45acp; that's not a bad price all things concidering lead bullets. |
The show next weekend is supposed to be a big one. I might go to it. As to Dan, heard the same thing on the staff not returning emails, etc. That is shit in my opinion. Then again, there is a lot of things that have changed around here that I don't like such as the new EE, the badgering of members into being banned, etc. I know my measly contribution/membership doesn't amount to much in the scheme but I know that I should have the right to say if I am paying for it
