I'm going to show you how but I'm not showing you all of the ingredients.

And finally, the finished product:

It tastes better than it looks, too!

Can you share a good recipe without giving away any secrets?  I love chili but, bless her heart, the mrs' chili sucks.

I surely could. BUT, telling a Texan might get me tarred and feathered by the OU fans here.

You Texas boys might like chili with your beans, but not us real connoisseurs of the red chili.
I had beans yesterday with cornbread, chow-chow, and a cold beer.
We had left over cornbread to go with the chili tonight.

Farting is OK. It's just when you stutter because there is a lump or two in it that gives you problems.

Chili???

That ain't chili!  It's what us Texans call Yankee Stew!

Here's the very last little bit left over from last night's batch that I'm eating right now.  I took the picture for your post in the Texas HTF:

I'd most certainly be up for a ARFCOM Red River Chili Cook-Off.  Read my post in the Texas HTF for my "credentials".

Well, that mild stuff you have the gall to call chili probably doesn't even rate 10K Scoville Heat Units.
Here in Oklahoma, some of us pepper bellies don't think chili is hot enough unless you get sunburned standing next to a pot when it's being cooked.
Just be warned if we are in head to head competition
But I am looking forward to trying yours.
