its a bit of a drive down to bill's pawn in purcell, he does them for $10, but the cost of gas would almost negate any of your savings.

Bill Stover will do it for $15.  He's in Yukon.  He is pretty much a "kitchen table" FFL, but no worries he's completely 100% trustworthy and reliable.  His contact info is in the FFLs Willing to do Transfers post tacked at the top.

Don't know how close Yukon is for you, if that's too far there are others in that tacked thread.  Keep in mind some of the posts in it are over two years old so the info might not be current.

Stover is a really nice guy but a little far for me.  I've done two transfer at G&H Computers/Coolgunstuff.com/Village Tactical.  It's on May just south of Hefner.  Dudes name is Andy and he does them for $20.  Actually he carries RRA and Stag stuff so you might contact him before you order one from Pete.

Morris Sporting Goods, He works out of his house. I had a stripped lower sent to him & he charged me $10 plus he gave me several signed copies of his FFL in case I wanted to have something else shipped to him.

If you're willing to drive up to Enid, Bill Powell will hook you up.   I've done at least 5 transfers through him, and I bought a WASR-10 from him.  Great guy to deal with!
