I am looking to have a tool made up, and need a machine shop to do so.
I would probably only need 5 samples or so made out of Delrin, but would order more if need be.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used Allied in Falls Church a few years ago to turn a flywheel and weld some pipes. They weren't cheap but were good guys to deal with.

Most of the 'machine shops' in NoVA are strictly aimed at automotive work.
Create a drawing package and try sending it out.
