I live in Frederick county, VA which is in VA's CWD containment area. I am looking at hunting a farm in Hampshire County, WV right across the border which is in WV's containment area.
WV says I can't transport a carcass out of their Containment area and VA says the same thing. Can I harvest a deer in WV, go through their game checking process, and drive it back to my house in VA to process it? All of it is in the larger containment area. |
