Just a heads up––Virginia State Police Trooper Don Childs has been nominated for the 2010 America's Most Wanted Allstar of the year. If the name sounds familiar, it is because Don is the Trooper whose daughter was murdered along with her boyfriend near Virginia Tech last fall. The killer(s) are still on the loose. Additionally, when eight folks were killed in Appomattox in January of 2010, Don was the helicopter pilot who was trying to locate the suspect and was shot at and grounded before the alleged killer could be apprehended.
