Today, Proactive Shooters launched its' new website. I have spent the better part of the day tweaking it and I'm sure that I've missed a few things. I'm still working on the Google calendar section.
I would like it if you guys could check out the site and provide some feedback. If you notice anything that needs to be fixed, just shoot me a pm. In the near future, we'll also be taking advertisers on the site. If someone has a gun related product or service and would like to advertise, feel free to contact me. Proactive Shooters |

Nice design but lacking in substance so far. I guess you will have more information up soon. OK, so you are in BPS and offer the Utah CC course. Personally, I do not like "coming soon" or "under construction" pages, I would leave off the tags until you had something to show. Would I drive from Va Beach based on the web page? Probably. Need more CV information on instructors. I do not care for testimonials as no one would ever put up a bad review, so they are just that much more snake oil.
My 2 cents |

My 2 cents Good points, and I appreciate your candor. The "coming soon" type pages are filler which unfortunately seems to be the norm these days. I promise that they won't be like that for long though. I know sites I have visited in the past have had the "coming soon" pages for months. Our Shooter's Shop should be operational by Jan. 1 (new sales year). You are probably correct about the testimonials section. Problem is, and a good problem to have, is that very few people will ever sit down and write an email and say that they were unhappy with the training. I've had one or 2 of those emails in the past and it was usually based on the student's perception of what he thought that courses were going to be about, rather than the advertised topics. I've made every effort in this business to satisfy the occasional unhappy customer. To be honest, no one has ever gone away unhappy (to my knowledge). |

The initial desire was to find a format that would work. The substance is something that will be coming along over time. |

Just yankin' yer chain a little, was eluding to certain 'neighborhoods' as far as the places to shoot wise-crack. ![]() hehe, yeah there's some neighborhoods where you might get a bit more target practice in.... Best to stay out of those areas though. No need to place yourself in harm's way. |
