It's 85-15 right now!!!! It's probably mistake. Everybody else still at 60/40 I'm going straight of the State board of elections website. All the other folks get data from them, they are late updaters ETA: nevermind I see what you're saying. I hope it's not a mistake though! |

I might be getting carried away here, but I'd love to see Cuccinelli bring charges against Bloomberg...sure we're not going to extradite him, but it would be beautiful to declare him officially not welcome.
ETA- this is beautiful and I'm proud to be a Virginian again. |

So it looks like the Repubs are stomping some ass. Good thing they are statewide. Sure as shit ain't in my neck of the woods. Then again, I didn't expect otherwise. My district results: 1638 registered voters, 819 votes - 50% turnout. 307 McDonnell - 457 Deeds 302 Bolling - 453 Wagner 280 Cuccinelli - 477 Shannon 313 Smith (R) - 434 Kory (Commie) Democrat endorsed guy won for school board, vs the non-partisan woman I was hoping for. With Kory, you can add a new staunch anti-rights delegate to the ranks in Richmond. You're welcome. Ugh. |

To the true Patriots of the Commonwealth ... THANK YOU.
My effing county? Arlington? This left-wing cesspool with little to offer but a great commute? With 98% of the precincts reporting ... Governor Robert F. "Bob" McDonnell ............... 34.18% R. Creigh Deeds .............................. 65.55% Write In ........................................... 0.25% Lieutenant Governor William T. "Bill" Bolling .................... 32.25% Jody M. Wagner ............................. 67.65% Write In .......................................... 0.09% Attorney General Ken T. Cuccinelli II ......................... 32.09% Stephen C. Shannon ....................... 67.76% Write In .......................................... 0.14% The only candidate who would've done better is Vincente Fox. Sheesh. The opposite of the rest of the Commonwealth. Don't kick us out. Please. |

Still a few precincts not reporting and reporting not fully counted in others. Maybe we will get lucky. |
