Hey, for you guys that shoot the RRRC matches, are they open to everyone or do you have to be a member?
I saw that they have a match every month, but haven't made the the time to stop in and ask around. I've been wanting get into to shooting defensive pistol but, don"t want to spend 300 a year when i can shoot in my back yard. |

To anyone that is interested....RRRC matches are the second Saturday of each month, they are open to the public. Registration starts about 0900 and there is always a new shooter meeting before the match.
The match usually starts at 1000. Usually runs 7 or 8 stages and about 100 or 150 rounds will suffice. We do stress safety above all else. Come on out and shoot with us, maybe you'll decide to join some day. |

I've never shot in any kind of match before and never really seen one except on tv and would like to check one out in person. |

Never know you may become interested in shooting the next match. |

No, we're talking about the Roanoke Rifle and Revolver Club just south of Roanoke on Truman Hill Rd. off of Rt. 116 at the base of Windy gap Mtn. |
