There was a little detour on 236 today. Lots of cops and cones. After getting around it through the neighborhood streets I stopped in a 7-11 to pic up a Slurpee and continue home. There happened to be a cop inside so I asked him what happened? He told me that a kid was chased by a pit bull and ran out into the street and got hit oncoming traffic. The cop wasn't too friendly and seemed busy with holding down the counter. When asked, he did say that the kid is fine. It was about 2:30-3:00p pm. |
