Hey everyone I was just on craigslist looking at rants and raves. I see a post now that runions wont allow anyone to carry a loaded firearm on them. NO ONE WITH A CCW PERMIT CAN CARRY in their store now. Thats just dumb  I always get dumb answers to question if I call in there so I guess this is just icing on the cake. Another one on the list. Im not sure how much more stupied they could have just become.

A local gun store / range has a similar sign that says no loaded guns except for LEOs. I ask the manager, WTF? He replied that their attorney/insurance company made them put it up. He then winked and added, "you don't see metal detectors at the door, do you?" Same with gun shows. Did you ever go to a gun show where CCW was allowed? Nope. Same reason. |

I called a few months ago about some ammo I got a response to my question was what dealer are you. My reply was Im not a dealer told them my name and they said you have to come in for a price. I asked the owner about a holster and he told me he could only tell me if I ordered it. I said I was just looking and wasnt sure if the BlackHawk holster for my G19 was what I wanted. He then looked at me asked my name and number and said he would get back to me.......................................................................Still waiting..........................................NO ANSWER. That place has become a joke to me in the past few months if you cant tell me the price over the phone or ask if im another dealer then you got problems. Also telling me I cant carry into your shop loaded just means I wont be dealing with you. I WONT DEAL WITH ANY SHOPS THAT TELL ME THAT. The gun shows I have never been to one and everytime I start to go I hear about the prices and how much it cost to get in so I never go. I also called them about not being able to carry. I was told I could put the mag in pocket but unloaded. I dont understand that at all and for insurance reasons well what about the stock they have catching on fire. I went into a few gun shops that had guns on the floor all I had to do was drop a round in as the mags where in the AKs. I just find it kind of dumb but maybe Im looking at it all wrong. Im waiting for a really good gun shop to open in the area and the time is coming soon CHANGE IS IN THE AIR I CAN FEEL IT. That shop will get my money. |
FINALY A SHOP THAT WILL HAVE PEOPLE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE.
