Figured I'd post this in HTF instead of the regular AR discussion forum. So I'm going to build and SBR. What do I need to do first to stay legal? I did a search in the AR discussion forum and didn't find anything worth while. Do I need to identify a lower by S/N first? Where do I get the paperwork? (Go to a class III dealer?) Do I need to identify the upper specificly? (barrel lenght) Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I live in Newport News |

I know it's hard to keep up with all the damn forums we have around here, so I'll give you the link to the SBR FAQ I still find myself looking through the boards and saying "Shit, when did we get that forum"
