Hey guys, Carlo here. Just wanted to introduce myself. Picked up my first black rifle in Richmond and brought her back down home with me in Chesapeake. Don't know much about ARs but always willing to learn. Bushmaster M4. Nothing done to her yet, but definitely want to get a sling along with a couple magpul goodies. Didn't check .223 prices, but I bought 500rds or .40S&W Winchester target ammo for $23/box (tax included). Are you going to shoot your rifle outdoors? 25 yards gets kinda boring with a rifle, no? For pistol shooting- join the NCRR. You get a key, can shoot whenever you want. Can draw, can fire more than 1 round every 5 seconds (A&P has gotten silly) and we have IDPA, and trap. |
Yes, of course. My friend has land out near Suffolk. We already have steel plates lined up @ 100 and 300 yards. We just built ourselves a two person table to shoot from yesterday. If the weather holds up, we'll be going out there both saturday and sunday. But yeah, we got a nice setup going with skeet shooting section, 100 yrd, 300 yrd, and 500 yds. Do they still charge $30 per session? I also heard that you just can't shoot @ 200yards anymore? You're input is very welcomed. |
This is out in Suffolk. Are you willing to drive this far just to shoot? And if you really want land, his is out of the question. :)
