I know it's not gun related, but I'm in a quandry and need some help!

I'm looking to sponsor a weekend gathering of cavers next September and need to find a campground that is big enough for 200-225 people and will tolerate drinking. Not heavy-duty boozing...just folks tipping a few after a day of fun.

I've contacted a shitload of places and they either can't accomodate that many people, or if they can, they say no when you mention drinking.

So, can anyone think of someplace I should check in the following area? Hell, it doesn't even have to be an actual campground...someone willing to rent us a large field will do. (Disregard the green arrow...it's just a center point.)

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

I'd love NOT to mention the drinking, but want to keep everything up front and would hate to have the owners ask 200+ people to leave when the booze comes out.

hmmmm cavers.  I think they have a gathering for that here in WV near Elkins every year, about 3 miles from where I am.  I believe thay use a farmers field.  they have done this for years.   Not to sure about specifics, but I know they're cavers.

That's called OTR (Old Timers Reunion) and it's held every Labor Day weekend. The property is owned by an association of cavers, and while it's a nice piece of land, it's not really in a good location for access to the more outstanding caves of Virginia and West Virginia.
