Must have in theater OIF/OEF experience within the last 24 months either through military, civilian or DoD contract support. This experience must tie to extended line haul convoy, tactical combat patrolling and escort duty in support of convoy operations.
understand and know doctrinal leader convoy techniques and understand how doctrine is being applied and/or altered to meet mission requirements in a contemporary operating environment in the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Conduct Close Quarters Marksmanship (CQM) techniques for individual weapons. Shall be required to provide Observer Controller duties and render subjective evaluations on student performance. Instruct classes on emerging TTPs, techniques on engaging targets from a moving vehicle, develop SOPs, how to conduct rehearsals and AARs. Perform other duties as required.
