AR-15 Commemerative License Plates (Page 1 of 3)

| Anyone interested in signing a petition for a VA AR-15 or Arfcom commemerative plate? I was jsut starting to look over the process, and we would need 300 people to go for it, at a cost of $10 each. I have been rolling this around for some time now, and hell, it sounds like fun to me. Anyone else interested? We only need 1/3 of the forum! |

I was friends with the guy that got the ball rolling on the VA "Fight Terrorism" Plates. If I remember correctly, you only need 300 people who "Like the idea". They don't have to actually get the plates, nor do they have to be VA residents. food for thought Mike |
| I support the idea, but already have special plates. I'd sign a petition or something |

Well, seems to be plenty of Interest. I am free this weekend and will get started. Instead of ar15.com, I was thinking an overall black rifle tribute. My idea was a similar layout to the NRA plate, only with the bolt face icon in the middle, and maybe a gray/faded 20" A2 in the background of the whole thing. bottom could be "Virginia Black Rifles" or something like that. |

The VA Black Rifles is a better idea... The only way to get AR15.com would be for Goatboy to give his approval for it. ARFCOM maybe an option but I would have to check about that one. I'll tack for now. |
