Going back Thursday to do one more look see before we put a contract on it. 30 years is a looooooooooong time.

onley 1 acre lot but tons of land behind it owned by Lumber a company. I have two options. 1. 1450sf house on 5 acers @ $150,000. 2. 2100sf house on 1 acre @ $145,000. I want the big house so I,m going to have to give in on the 5 acers. plus my friends mom lives 5 minutes away and has a small range there I use sometimes. They are real cool ! Going to look at house again Friday finish my house on sat&sun. Put mine on market on Monday and the draw up a contract on the new one. I'll be glad when this is done. |
