So I uploaded my certificate from my work computer. Scanned it with the copier and uploaded it to the application. All was well until I submitted my application today. On the status/review screen, the one it takes me to after logging in, I click on the PDF to see my certificate and it just will not load, even after disabling all of the anti-spyware temporarily. Can anyone else look at their certificate now that they have submitted it?

When I click on the pdf thumbnail I get the pdf of the cert that I submitted and can print it if I want.

I submitted mine in JPEG, and it shows up after I click on the file....

Maybe it's because I need to update my adobe on my personal computer. I'll give that a try.

Ok updating didn't help at all. I have no idea why I could pull up the picture on my work computer and my personal computer, but then after I submit the application I cannot pull it up.

If I download the file and open it with adobe I can view it. My browser does not automatically open adobe when I try to bring it up. So can anyone lead me to how to change that setting?
