| Just noticed Natchez added IL to the list of states that it won't ship Hi-Caps to. I know this stinkhole state was trying to ban them. Did the law pass, or they just being threatened by Madigan again? |

Where does it say this about the magazines?
I haven't bought from them in a while, and now I see that you can only place orders by phone for ammo, and have to send id. I don't think you had to in the past. Like Cabelas, there is a big paragraph about Illinois specifically. Never saw that before. 
Illinois Residents: Currently, all orders for ammunition to be sold or shipped to Illinois will need to be placed by phone. Before orders containing ammunition can be processed, we must have a valid/current copy of your F.O.I.D. card, and state issued ID or Drivers License. When receiving the information be email we would prefer that it is a jpeg picture, however we will accept almost any format. I'd love to find out who the ass is that contacted.....errr.........bullied or threatened them. |

I did it online and it prompted me to call saying that my info was not on file. Once I called they verified the order and I faxed both copies to them. After that it took about 12 days to ship. |

The phone part is nonsense, but IL law does require sending a copy of FOID and DL to the seller...and the seller can only ship to an address on one of the cards. It's been like that for years, perhaps they only just found that out at Natchez. |
