I am applying for a C&R license.

Anything I need to know that this state restricts with these?

Also, on the CLEO section, do I send it to my village's Chief of Police or does it go to county or state police?

Police chief. If you are unincorporated, county sheriff.

I know I can't use the licence for a business but can I do C&R transfers for family?

The only way that'd work is if they held a C&R as well. The firearm would need to show up in both of your bound books.

Buying a C&R eligible firearm for a non-licensee (family) bypasses the 4473 approval process.
