Just realized that I won't be able to make the May match. They have us on lock-down for the NATO summit. No days off & 12-14hr shifts that entire weekend

Just wondering but how many rounds per mag usually? In other words, am I ok with 20 rounders or do I need 30's? And how many mags on my person per stage?

Thanks-

Last month one of the stages had you firing 23 rounds without a mag change, the other 2 stages you could have gotten by with a couple of 20 rounders. If your shooting in the 9:00am group and need to borrow a 30 (Ive got 6 or 7 of them) I will let you borrow one of mine. If your in the 11:30 I wont be able to as Im not going to be able to hang around too long...... gotta actually do some work on Saturday afternoon.

Yeah pretty cool. It was my first, and I'm sure my score will show that. The on line sign up worked well for me. Will certainly be back.

I had a great time, thanks for putting together this event.

The long distance stage was easily my favorite.  I dig it when I have the opportunity to hit long shots, run, and switch sides/postures, especially when we get to use steel targets.

Wow, I did better than I thought.  Thanks for the scores!

Not sure if you knew this, but your Facebook is currently set up as a person instead of an organization.  This will make it impossible for anyone to 'like' your page, it also technically violates Facebook's terms of use (not that I think you will get caught).  Before you get too much action on there you might want to change it up.

To sign up ASC Practical Rifle as an organization you will need to have an active personal account which you can use to log on and then create the organization.  It isn't hard, but you will almost definitely want to do this.

Yes, thanks for the info. I will set up a new page during my days off this week.

I work with Nick on the PR at ASC and wanted to remind anyone interested to follow us on twitter as well .  We are @aurorascpr

we'll tweet out as soon as stages are posted, scores are finished, and any other relevant info to the matches...  Thanks to all who came last weekend.  It was a great group.
