Went to Cabela's yesterday to get some reloading supplies. No pistol primers, no AA powder and none of the bullets i was looking for. Very little TAP ammo. I ask the clerk if the have any in back, he tells me if it ain't on the shelf they don't have any. I ask when they are expecting a shipment, he says they are on backorder and doesn't know when they will get more. He tells me anything popular or military has been moving as soon as they get them.
Stopped by Bass Pro today; same deal. Is it worth going to Gander or should I resort to mail order? Hate paying the hazmat fee..... |

Most stores are the same way and that includes the online guys. I could use a little more powder but I'm waiting for primers to get back in stock so I can place a good size order. |
