Hey guys,
I have a neighbor friend down the block and he wants to purchase a Garand. But, he is a "snow bird", and lives about 6-7 months a year in Florida. He says that he is unable to get a FOID card due to being a resident of FLorida, even though he owns a home here, and also pays taxes here. What's the deal? Can he get a FOID card? |

An IL ID Card is sufficient.
The latest FOID app requires one or the other, ID or DL. |
