Wow! That looks like George in the foreground. He is a college friend of my parents. Served on a LST in WWII. He actually flew to Greece and put a couple of weeks and about $5,000 into the restoration. Sailed to Malta but got off before they took it across the ocean. I'll have to get Mom to call him. With work this week and more vehicle problems I didn't make it over. Saw it along the shore when I drove home around 6am. It's going to Henry next. Might still try and see it. Scott |

Okay, it wasn't George. Mom called, he is going to try and see it in Henry with his family. That could be a long line, he has 7 kids. I still might try and drive back to Peoria early tomorrow and see it. Did they have times posted for the tours? Or just show up and walk through? Maybe scout out the area for Oktoberfest. Scott |
