| My brother has an HK 93. I think that is the right model number. It's the .223 caliber model with bi-pod. Any way he is going to sell it. He said he has only shot a few boxes of ammo though it, whatever that means. I remember shooting it about fifteen years ago and I was impressed withits rapid fire accuracy. My question is how much do used HK rifles like my brother's go for? |
I think you mean HK 93.![]() www.hkpro.com/hk93.htm If you are selling the rifle to me, then it's worth $1800. ![]() Otherwise, assuming this is a genuine HK (not a clone) and it is good to great condition, its worth over $2K, probably $2200 to $2600. One with a collapsable stock is typically worth more than one with a fixed stock. www.hkpro.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-23448.html www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=76741510 Tip: Somewhere near the serial number there will be two letters. That will tell you the year it was manufactured, if you use the following code: A=0 B=1 . . , I=8 K=9 So, an "IK" prefix would mean 1989. www.hkpro.com/symbols.htm If you list it on the EE here in "Rifles and Shotguns," post good pictures, and price it reasonable, it will sell. If you want more info or a more specific price value you could always IM SteyrAUG, he is an HK guru. |
