What is the status of HB 2414. It seems that we have beat back most of the bills, but I think this is their crown jewel. I have read inconsistent reports in the papers and was wondering if someone closer to the capitol could relay the truth. Has it been brought to a vote, or is it still being re-worked? Any info would be helpful to us all. After all, we are on Ar-15 .com a website devoted to a weapon our great leaders may make illegal.

The last I heard, it was sent back to the rules comittee. The ISRA website has some info on it.

I talked to the President of the ISRA on Monday.

There has been a 5th amendment to the bill. Contents of the amendment are unknown at the time I talked to Pearson.

HB2414 Status

This hasn't been updated since last Friday, But the house hasn't been is session this week, so the info should still be current.

I don't know if the rules committee has met, but it only looks like the first two amendments have actually been attached to the bill.

now, i don't know exactly how bills and committees and all this stuff works, but how come these anti-gun bills are being voted on and the pro-gun bills we had going strong at first like the concealed carry bill aren't still active?
