I repeat, F*CK, F*CK, F*CK, F*CK, F*CK! I have a 'friend' who was totally enthralled when I started showing her the assault weapon collection last night and wants to go shooting ASAP. After she left my place she went straight to Gander Mountain to get a FOID so I can take her shooting at Sycamore, but the wait for a FOID is currently 10-12 weeks. I was counting on Buffalo to go sooner and use the pit. Who would have ever thought the EPA of all people could prevent me from getting lucky?  [Edited] They won't reopen to spring, I would bet money on it. Aaargh. |
Take her to a Wisconsin range in the meantime. |

I should be down there (er, up there for us SW suburb guys) on Fri or Sat with the Uzi, two 1911's,and a 10/22 with a 25 rounder assuming they are open. Gotta go get a case of 9mm tomorrow! Dawg [edited] It should be Saturday, assuming we are going...probably around 11am or so. I'll let you guys know for sure later. Bring the toys, we'll have a gun party!
