| So I finally got the green light to book a trip to Vegas. I had some questions as I've never been. Now i'm not planning on drinking and gambling (the entire time), because I plan on driving some awesome things while I'm there. Would anyone happen to know what roads to stay away from if someone were to rent something with some performance? Also who is the best in the area to work with for renting sports cars? Looking for a lil help on this as the interwebs can only take you so far. |

You either take the risk or you don't. There aren't really any areas that Metro is oblivious to. Just don't do anything your bank account can't handle. |

Keep it on the track and don't worry about the cops. http://www.exoticsracing.com Exactly ! Please don't be one of the douches that rent the "exotic" cars to take the Lake / Red Rock tours. Had a group of low performance drivers in high performance rides fly up behind me on North Shore road , they were doing about 90+ , the last one in line with the lame reaction , I guess it was trying to draft me or something and almost bounced of that solid steel bumper on my 72 F100. Had I flashed the brake lights , no doubt he would have panicked and ended up in the ravine. There are bicyclists and wild animals all over these roads to no where.....and those drop offs are very unforgiving..... the locals , well we just wait till the fire is out then scavenge for parts ;) |
| thanks for the heads up I'm probably going to do a racing thing as well. I like to have fun but I also don't like getting tickets lol. I don't want to do one of those tours as I don't want to be with a group of people. I do plan on running around the area to the dam and red rock (figured while in vegas check out some of the sights). I also don't want to be the DB typical tourist, but how many times in my life am I going to get a chance to take a lambo or ferrari cruising around in Vegas (Im from Illinois and have limited means hahaha) |
