Just wondering if there are any updates on what's happening with his case. The docket shows that the May 7, 2012 trial date was vacated and reset for July 9, 2012. Anyone have any other details?

The guy has plenty of civil cases with his piss poor handling of company business. It does show a bankruptcy filing 5/2011 too. I have seen numerous complaints on this website, mainly from out of staters looking for their gun he had pending a transfer. Not a single one sounded like the guy was operatined properly.
