Yeah, and technically 'slungshots' (sic) are illegal too. Instead of a sap, just use a leather-encased, lead-weighted key fob. |

I see items called 'monkey fists' for sale, and actually saw one on a guy's keychain the other day for the first time. Made me think of this statute. KNOW what you're carrying!!
