Does the Clark county maintain records of home construction details? I'm trying to find blueprints for my house so I can figure out where the hell my irrigation tap is.

Ha Ha. Clark County fucked us long & deep on that one. 1979 vintage homes are all "on microfilm". Sort of. Maybe. Actually probably not.
They must have paid some contractor about 20 bucks to do the whole job of scanning those records. I had a long & painful fight with the numbskulls @ building department with some things on my home that were quite obviously original. They also lost some of the inspection records. Quite a mess. It is unlikely that your irrigation tap shows on the paperwork anyway. Back then the building department records were kinda sketchy. If you happen to live in the Villa Bonita Oeste development in Spring Valley I know quite a bit about it. Shoot me a PM with specifics... Lem |
