Need some help. Can someone resize this so that it does not get that stretched to the sides look?

No prob, can do...but it'll either get cropped on top/bottom, or I'd have to add some kind of gray background to both sides.

Nice! Try cropping the bottom up to but not cutting the chin, and the sides added should be ok. Thank you.

The pic above works out nicely. I did make an attempt, though...somewhat tricky to use a portrait pic as landscape.
