I just got a call from a friend of mine in MT. He's coming down in a week or two and offered me a smoking deal on basically anything in the Blue Press Catalog. I guess an associate of his up there is going out of business and was a distributer of reloading equipment. He says he has a HUGE inventory of Dillon equipment, basically a bunch of everything in the Blue Press catalog and will get rid of it a few thousand dollars at a time at a great discount. I guess no one is supposed to charge less than MSRP for Dillon equipment, but since he's going out of business he basically said screw it. He's just trying to unload his inventory. I know I have about $800 worth of stuff to order, and if we get together enough interest to make an order large enough for this guy to accept, we can save some BIG money on this stuff. I wish I didn't rush to buy my price a month ago, I could have saved about $200 on that order. PM or e-mail me if you want more info. I'm going to spread the word and hopefully get something going by next weekend. BTW - I'm not making a cent off this, everyone will have a receipt for their order, so I'm not soliciting anything, just trying to get some guys together for a great deal. |
| Got em! It looks good so far, just waiting on a few people to get back to me, but I think we'll meet the minimum and then we can start pressing on getting the stuff driven down or shipped. Either way looks like I'll finally be getting the rest of my blue decor for my garage at a nice discount! |
