I got a $200 gun from gunbroker and I am looking to get it transferred here. It seems everyone I've called charges $25 + $25 nics. It seems like a crime to pay $50 to transfer a $200 gun. Anyone know if there is someone in the area that does it cheaper?
Thanks |

+1 on Martin Fiesser at NV Armory. Give him a call. He used to do $15 + NICS.
NV Armory |
| Mark @ US Firearms Academy gives an AR15.com discount for transfers... I think it's $20, but I can't recall, possibly cheaper. http://www.renoguns.com/ |

Quoted: I know how you feel. I had to pay a transfer fee and nics on a gun I won in a contest Nevada needs to fix that shit. Question for CCW guys who were around when it bypassed the check. Did you still pay 25 bucks or did it cover that Nope. Just bought the gun, filled out the 4473 and walked out the door. Just the way god intended it Steve |

Now we're just getting it up the ass and I don't see a remedy proposed in the legislature yet so there goes that idea for another two years. |
