Two military helicopters flew over my house (about 300') and they rattled my floors and windows.

They looked like Apache's or Cobra's to me.

APACHE

COBRA

They were definitely Osprey's.  They were flying with the rotor facing up.

Something helo related flew over last night around 11:30 pm here in NW LV...rattled the house. Too dark to identify it. Maybe Metro got upgraded ghetto birds.

Ospreys sound very different.  Saw a few in Baghdad before I left but only at night.

I saw the 2 Osprey's yesterday. I was driving down Flamingo towards the Gold Coast. they were flying South. I was pretty surprised to see them.

I was in Vegas this past weekend and saw the Ospreys, I was at Tropicana and Dean Martin, going over the interstate coming from In-N-Out going towards the Monte Carlo, and saw the two Osprey's.  It was totally badass.  I never made it out to any of the fun shops while I was there.  I was a little under the weather and spent most of my time on the strip.

The Ospreys are finnishing up their first deployment in the Anbar province.  From all I've heard they didn't do too bad.
