Do these poor men and women get any rest???  I got into a small auto accident there a few weeks and had to wait about 2 hours to get everything done..  They pulled out of there 5 times while I was there.  God Bless you all for the job you do.

due to those poor guys running redundant medical calls with medicwest/AMR, that old addage isn't true anymore... Now there's only one profession where you get paid to lay on your back

Its amazing how many calls a single station can run in one day.  We have have three rigs at my station and average 50-60 calls a day between them.  You guys would not believe what people call 911 for, especially at 3 am.

Tell stories...

I know alot of people at the club will call 911 when our secuity detains them for using drugs or starting a fight....its kind of ironic since we have metro on property and they are usually on their way well before the offending patron makes the call

I hate to be Honest but live across the street from Station E10 here,I wonder who gets more Sleep them or me sometimes.My Home Boy is a Fire Mechanic and on Standby/Callout(on a rotation) gets called out for all sorts of stuff on Equipment or runs the Air Truck,,,,I would say Mr.E22 Cappy is sittin High in the Saddle(sides he has Bed_Head)

Lots of Bank in that job,But when it comes down Better make the Right Decisions
