Well not really We lost power about an hour ago....damn wind. Anyway it gave me the chance to test out some of my stuff. Genset... works GREAT!!!! I just looked up and down the street... I'm the ONLY one with lights... not to mention Tv, fans, internet and a working fridge(2 actually) my genset is hardly stressing... heck I'm only pulling about 800 watts according to my wattmeter so I have LOT's of headroom. Makes me feel good to have some stuff on hand just incase shit happens... and the genset beats the shit outa lanterns, flashlights and oil lamps... and I have TV and internet  I have enough fuel to keep me going for at least the next 3 days... probably won't need more than a few hours though. |
