Folks, is there a website where you can point me where I can check which States DO NOT allow 30 round magazines? I have a buyer of my XCR and just want to double check if I can send the 30 round magazine. State to be checked is "NE". Thanks. |

According to The Brady Bunch Nebraska has no restrictions on magazine capacity. Another good thing is that Nebraska only ranked 10 out of a possible score of 100 on the Brady Gun Law Scorecard.
