Hi, I've searched the stickys and can't find the previously posted map of areas where shooting is permitted. I'm primarly interested in areas north and west of Las Vegas, but whatever may be available could be useful for future reference. Maps would be best, but zones or GPS coordinates would help. No shoot Just remember, pretty much everything to the north of Vegas in between hwy 95 and hwy 93 is USAF bombing range and off limits. I think there is an area up 95 near Corn Creek where people shoot but I've never been there. I usually go NE. |

The other popular spot is East of 93. From 15, take 93 West, go a few miles, when it turns to the North, go another 1/2 mile or so and you'll see roads leading to the East toward the range of hills. People shoot all over the place there. Get a free BLM map by going to the local BLM office. They point out the free fire areas nice. |
