a Garand! The Silver State Shooting Sport Association has been selling raffle tickets at the last few Vegas funshows, and I always buy at least one, knowing I won't win, but it goes to a good cause, so it's OK. I got the call this evening...WOOHOO! I get to call CMP tomorrow and find out how this works. Now to start learning all I can about my new toy. Any suggestions for online resources besides Arfcom? Rifle Company and The M14 Firing Line both have a lot of Knowledgeable folks dedicated to the M1 Garand, and there are other strictly Garand sites out there, these are just my favorites. Congratulations on your win! |
